This audio is suitable for anyone experiencing an irrational fear towards an animal or object, or is experiencing obsessive, catastrophic thoughts about a certain situation.
The audio is to be used for at least 4 weeks in a row, and at least once daily, however if after 4 weeks of listening at least once a day and practicing the techniques given no improvement is seen at all, please contact me for further advice.
The techniques used are the same techniques I use in my clinic, however if the phobia stems from a particular incident in your life that has caused trauma, these audio and techniques alone may not be enough to overcome your fear and you may need trauma-specific treatment.
